How the process works

After you contact us we will send a member of staff to you to undertake a site survey and to discuss the range of options open to you.

We are able to undertake a full design and engineering package, from an initial site visit, sketch, or planning drawing, using the latest CAD timber frame software. We can also create 2 & 3 dimensional drawings and generate a 3D model to allow you to see and gain a true impression of your proposed structure.

We are happy to work with you on a project that has already been designed and has gained planning permission, or alternatively we can help you gain planning permission for your project.

After initial discussion, we can survey your site, prepare all necessary documents and process your planning application with the local authority.
