When we’re contacted by a prospective client the first thing we do is take the time to understand exactly what is required. We’ll listen to all your idea and concerns and then advise you on the range of possibilities available.
After the initial contact is made we offer a free site survey, where a member of our staff will visit you on site to assess and discuss options. Once you go ahead, your project is passed to our design team who will use the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to produce two dimensional plans, elevations and sections and also 3D models to help you understand your future building.
This is the phase when we encourage our clients to interact fully with us to produce the best possible design. It’s a time to iron out any small issues and make any tweaks such as beam sizes, span issues, loading and choice of materials. This avoids costly changes further down the line.
Should Kingspan panels be required the design process is repeated with the same attention to detail to ensure the whole structure works in unison. All drawings produced will require written approval before production can commence.
